Announcing the world’s highest performance underwater acoustic modems (30th Oct, 2020): The Aquacomm Gen2 modems can now operate below the noise floor at -10db to -15db SNR with +/-10knots Doppler compensation in highly reflective and noisy environments.
This allows customers to deploy underwater wireless data links even in the most harsh environments such as high noise sub-sea oil and gas projects, shallow and noisy environments as well as in highly reflective concrete or metal structures such as pools or tanks. We challenge any competitor modem to beat our performance in any difficult underwater application.
